Some nights are too dark to remember clearly.

A detective has spent years quietly tracking nights like these. Events that don’t fit, survivors whose accounts never quite add up. He has collected enough evidence now to start asking questions. Each chapter of Occupancy is one of those interviews.

Episode One follows a nineteen-year-old returning to a night of his past. He doesn’t remember it clearly. Most of it has gone soft at the edges, and some of it has gone missing entirely.

He hasn’t talked about that night in years. He’s not sure he wants to now.

The bedroom by lamp light.
The same bedroom, in darkness.
A teddy bear sat in the corner.
The same corner, darker.
“Be careful where you let your eyes rest.”
